I thought this was so great! Baby Hannah looks cute. Logan likes her, too. We can't wait to see you very soon! I think we should give her presents because it's her very first birthday. I think we could get her a pacifier for a present.
Sincerely,
Landry

HA! Dan told me her name was Hannah Joyce...We have been going on and on about Hannah Joyce. But NOW I see we were misinformed. I think Hannah JOY is just perfect! Hope you are getting some rest and feeling good!

OH, by the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! You probably won't ever be able to top this years gift!

I have just been so eager to get
a picture of little Hannah...and
duh! I forgot to look on your blog.
I've searched the emails each day,
but finally Tootsie told me to look in the right place.
Hannah Joy is beautiful. I think she favors Caleb so much. Loved all the pictures, but my favorites
are daddy holding that baby girl and mommy showing her to the boys.
We are very grateful for all of our great grandchildren, and wish
we were close enough to have more
time with them.
Congratulations to the entire
Bonham Barker family. You are a
precious family and little Hannah
is just the latest blessing. She
is perfect; we can't wait to hold
her and act like the goofy grandparents we are.
Much love to all of you.

What wonderful memories! I'm sorry you had harder labor this time. I will never forget standing outside your door and crying every time you had a contraction, until those two angels came in there and gave you an epidural. As your contractions started, my tears started and there was nothing I could do to help, so I just cried. It for sure brought back memories and I, too, felt the pain right along with you Mandy. Thank goodness I solicited the cleaning lady to let me know what was going on when you were in delivery. She let me know you and Hannah were just fine the moment she was born. I didn't ask about Adam but I figured if he was passed out or anything, he would be okay. :) It's hard on a grandma to stand there and wait, praying that all will go well. Just knowing how hard you and Adam were working (Adam working as best as he knew how to help his beloved wife) to bring our little Hannah into this world, was trying on this Tootsie, but God blessed us all with a healthy beautiful baby girl and a Mom who did great through it all. What a wonderful blessing and what a perfect little family you now have.
I get tickled everytime I think about Adam not being able to sleep because he is afraid you might get the "scissors" after him. That is too funny...but so understandable because you have the perfect family. Tootsie would like a dozen more grand babies, but I know the thought right now makes you so tired you would cut my head off to even mention it. :)

Mandy, I am so sorry my physical abilities are the way they are right now. Only by the Grace of God I will not always be this way and can give more help to you very soon. Even though I was busy and had to make sure my future was secure, the quality time I have spent with y'all before my accident was so valuable to me. I'm asking God for that ability to come back to me, so that I can help your precious family and meet some of your needs as a grandmother loves to do.

I love you precious,
Barbara
